If you are considering a trip or a full on relocation this is the reading for you! I take your time of birth, name, time and location to formulate a natal birth chart designed by you at your entry into this physical 3D world. Did you know that the planets provide specific gifts on different planetary locations and this all is directly related to your birth chart. When I found out I was moving to Tokyo I knew I needed to find a Reiki Master to receive the gifts of Reiki. In a quiet neighbourhood on the outskirts of Shinjuku I met Yuko-San Kubota a Japanese Usui Reiki Master. I was attuned by Yuko-San on two occasions receiving my level 2 Reiki Certification.

Shinrin-yoku (Forest bathing)

It was through my first experience of forest bathing in Japan that I began to unravel that grownup, ‘plugged-in reality’ version of ‘me’. Carefree. Happy. Playful. Full of wild abandonment.

Founded in 1982 by Tomohide Akiyama, Shinrin-yoku is a reommended form of preventative care that has been established as a health program in Japan and many other countries around the world.

With Forest Bathing you’ll experience an invitation to nature and into your awareness. Through your senses we will experience a range of activities including walking, standing, sitting, and deep breathing. Times will vary depending on location and purpose of the walk.
